Dalal is the first application in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which offers its users free reservation for female salons, where the application resides in a regular Android, smart phones and tablets. The user can through the application book an appointment with one of the service providers in less than five steps after the sign in.
The application offers a page for all existing beauty salons where the user can contact them directly, view the working hours, view its locations on the map and check the service menu with the list of prices. What distinguishes the application is that the user can choose a specific service, time and date for booking the service and the staff to do the service. These features are exclusive on Dalal App.
The users of Dalal can get the chance to see the exclusive offers and discounts offered by the service providers across the application.
As a kind of integration between the user's desire and the service provider, the service provider has a platform through which they can emphasize the reservations made by the user or reject those requests with a message with the reason. Service providers which are Beauty Salons, Health Centers and Spas can control their profile by adding new services or amend the list of employees.
They can add new images and change the menu, as well as providing necessary statistics as the number of bookings and appointments.
In order to increase safety for the users of the application and service providers, the application uses secure sockets layer (SSL) which ensure safe transactions.
